For Tevan Millette, service isn’t a career. It’s a calling born from experience. Growing up, life was anything but easy. As an adopted child, Tevan faced instability, uncertainty, and countless challenges that shaped his early years. Yet, through every struggle, he found strength, empathy, and a deep understanding of what it means to fight for belonging and hope. Those experiences could have hardened him, but instead, they became the foundation for his life’s mission—to help others rise from hardship and rediscover their worth.

Having walked through seasons of profound adversity and uncertainty, Tevan knows what it feels like to stand at rock bottom, unsure of what’s next, yet determined not to give up. That journey instilled in him a lifelong conviction: when hope meets action, transformation begins. He founded Lifelines of Hope Foundation to be that bridge for individuals and families who need someone to believe in them when the world feels silent. Every initiative, outreach, and act of service the Foundation provides is rooted in that belief.

A Lifetime of Leadership and Service

Beyond his heart for service, Tevan brings extraordinary leadership and operational expertise to the Foundation. As a Special Forces Operator within the U.S. Army, he has led elite teams through some of the world’s most demanding and high-stakes environments—where resilience, precision, and trust are non-negotiable. His military service instilled in him a deep respect for discipline, teamwork, and purpose-driven execution.

As a Program Manager and Developer within U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Tevan pioneered innovative initiatives that enhanced communication between units, optimized mission readiness, and improved performance across the force. Those same leadership principles-adaptability, resourcefulness, and relentless focus on the mission now guide the work of Lifelines of Hope.

Outside of the military, Tevan has built a proven track record as an entrepreneur, licensed real estate broker, and certified leadership coach, founding multiple mission-driven organizations rooted in ethical growth, empowerment, and community impact. His unique blend of strategic thinking, compassion, and integrity allows Lifelines of Hope to serve with both heart and precision—ensuring that every act of kindness makes a measurable difference.

Rooted in Faith and Community

Tevan is an active member of his community, an avid volunteer, and a dedicated churchgoer. His faith shapes every aspect of his leadership and fuels his desire to serve others selflessly. Whether mentoring youth, supporting veterans, organizing outreach programs, or guiding others through difficult seasons, Tevan believes that true success is found in serving others.
